It explains that you do not need to work with the other team captain unless they do not agree to a date and time you pick.

When you enter the challenge, you select THREE days and times that will work for your team. Then the other team will pick one of those from your list.

If none of the ones you setup work, then and only then, do you need to post in this forum.

But, you can do it this way if you like. Just letting you know that the ladder runs a little different then the leagues do.
